Terms and Conditions for the Dollerboy Patente Mobile App

Welcome to the Dollerboy Patente mobile application. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "You") and Dollerboy Patente ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our mobile application available on Android and iOS (the "App").

By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the App and cease all use of our services immediately.

1. Mobile Service Description

The Dollerboy Patente App is a specialized e-learning platform designed to assist students in preparing for European driving license examinations (Categories A, B, etc.).

• Mobile Curriculum: The App provides access to instructional videos, digital textbooks (PDFs), interactive text, and images organized into Sections, Categories, and Chapters.
• Demo Access: Upon registration, the App provides a "Demo Mode" allowing access to a limited selection of 1-2 instructional videos and student feedback modules. Full content access is granted only after manual verification of your student status.
• External Links: The App may provide links to official external exam sites (e.g., Quiz Patente App - Scheda Esame ). We are not responsible for the content or functionality of these third-party websites.

2. Account Registration and Access Rights

• Eligibility: You represent that you are a student currently preparing for a driving license exam. You must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
• Manual Authorization: Creating an App account does not grant immediate access to all courses. Access to specific educational modules must be requested through the App and is granted manually by our team.
• Access Duration: Your mobile license is temporary and is typically valid for a period of eight (8) months to one (1) year. Once this period expires, your access to the course content will be automatically revoked.
• Language Policy: To ensure focused study, your access to "Books" and PDF materials within the App is restricted to the specific language of the course you have enrolled in.

3. Mobile Security and Anti-Piracy (Critical)

To protect our proprietary "Dollerboy" educational methods and copyrighted media, the App enforces the following strict security protocols:

• Single-Device Binding: Your account is strictly bound to the hardware ID of the mobile device you first use to log in. You are prohibited from logging into your account on multiple devices or sharing your login credentials.
• Hardware Changes: If you lose your phone or upgrade to a new device, you must contact our support team to request a manual reset of your Device ID. We reserve the right to limit the number of times an account can be re-authorized for a new device.
• Anti-Capture Technology: The App employs technical measures to block screenshots and screen recording functionality. Any attempt to bypass these measures using third-party apps, system modifications (rooting or jailbreaking), or external hardware (such as using a second camera to record the screen) will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
• DRM Protection: All video and text content is protected by Digital Rights Management. You may not attempt to download, export, or distribute any media from the App.

4. Mobile Discussion Room Rules

The App features a Discussion Room for collaborative learning. Participation is a privilege, not a right.

• Authorized Participation: Only students with an active, paid subscription are permitted to enter and post in the Discussion Room.
• Content Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or delete any message that we deem inappropriate, including spam, harassment, or the sharing of personal contact information.
• User Bans: Users who violate community standards may be blocked from the Discussion Room or have their entire App account terminated without notice.

5. Payments and Access Requests

• Manual Enrollment (V1): For the current version of the App, all requests for course access are handled via the "Request Access" feature. Payment and verification must be completed according to the instructions provided by our team.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital and immediate nature of the educational content provided, no refunds will be issued once access to a course has been granted and the content has been made available to your mobile device.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, instructional videos, and the "Dollerboy Patente" brand are the exclusive property of Dollerboy Patente. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal study. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App's code or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Exam Results: The App is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in a passing grade on any official driving exam.
• App Performance: While we aim for 99.5% uptime, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your mobile carrier, internet connectivity, or third-party cloud outages.
• Device Safety: We are not liable for any damage to your mobile device resulting from the use of the App or from any hardware-level security measures required for the App's operation.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App immediately and without notice if you breach any of these Terms, particularly those regarding device binding, screen recording, or unauthorized distribution of content.
